Traveling Image

This image of the Divine Mercy was blessed by Father James Livingston at the beginning of Lent 2009, during the the Saint Joseph's Annual Women's Retreat, and has been circulating around the Twin Cities ever since.

You may receive the Image and enjoy it in your home for a week. The Image changes homes on Sundays. The person/family that has the Image will come to the next person's home on Sunday at 3:00 pm, and both persons/families will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy together. If this is not possible, both parties will make the necessary arrangements to deliver/obtain the Image in ways that are appropriate and respectful. The Image is not to be left at someone's doorstep.

If you are not Catholic ...

Some Evangelical Christians or Non Denominational Christians don't feel comfortable repeating prayers.  Just place the image in a prominent place in your home and talk to Jesus in the same way you talk to Him when you pray.  Thank Him for His mercy.  Let Him know you trust in His Mercy and His love for you.

If you have been away from God ...

God's mercy is for everyone. And we all need it. He died on the cross for all his children. Some people feel they have done so many terrible things God would never forgive them. That is not true! God is always waiting for us with open arms; he wants us to repent of our past actions
and run back to Him!  God has a plan for you.

Be open to His grace.
